Kelly Fletcher is executive chef at Virtù Honest Craft, an intimate, stylish gathering spot that has gained national acclaim for its ever-changing menu featuring a modern, Mediterranean-inspired approach. Fletcher has been the presiding chef at many prominent restaurants, including House of Tricks, Zen Culinary, El Chorro, Tuck Shop and Genuine Concepts, where he operated as regional chef in charge of menu creativity, according to Nikki Buchanan of Phoenix Magazine. Signature dishes at Virtù Honest Craft include grilled octopus; asparagus with duck egg, bacon candy and foie gras hollandaise; and Hamachi crudo with blood orange, black grapes, cilantro and serrano chiles.
