After having spent the majority of his professional life in the restaurant industry, in 2015 Jacob Cutino recreated his step-father’s secret habanero salsa recipe and released his own version at local farmer’s markets.
In an effort to grow the brand and expand its reach, Cutino collaborated with James Beard Award Winning Chef, Chris Bianco in 2017 to form Cutino Sauce Co. The partnership has set out to create new flavors and deliver them to a larger audience.
Using habanero peppers and other fresh natural ingredients, Jacob balances heat and flavor in just the right amounts to create hot sauces that enhance your favorite foods without being overpowering. Cutino’s passion for food and flavor drives his love for cooking and creating new recipes.
