ABOUT THE CHEF

Aurore de Beauduy

Chef Aurore de Beauduy began training with some of France’s most distinguished chefs as a teenager. That is when she learned that her heart belongs in the kitchen. After working as a Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago and other high-profile establishments, she moved to Scottsdale to launch fine dining at Silverleaf Country Club. Her first valley restaurant Vogue Bistro has become the best restaurant in the West Valley. Her interest in healthy nutrition culminated in opening a Paleo-centric French restaurant Sapiens Paleo Kitchen in Scottsdale. An avid promoter of good health and well-being, Chef Aurore is committed to using high-quality, unprocessed, locally sourced ingredients, grass-fed meats, and fresh produce.
