Hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota and weighing in at.... nah, just kidding. Chef Ben Graham has been a part of the In Good Spirits Hospitality Group team for nearly ten years. During that time, he's run the kitchens and designed menus for both Citizen Public House and sister restaurant The Gladly. In 2016, The Arizona Republic named Ben as one of the top five sous chefs in the Valley, representing the next generation of talented culinary professionals.
